A: Unlike a traditional letting agent, we guarantee your rent and manage everything ourselves, meaning you

don’t have to deal with tenants, void periods, or maintenance calls. This means you get to enjoy a completely ‘hands-off’ income. This also means no agent fees!

Q: Do I need to tell my mortgage provider and freeholder?

A: Yes, if you have a buy-to-let mortgage or a leasehold property, you should obtain permission from your

lender or freeholder before entering an agreement.

Q: Do I still need landlord insurance?

A: Yes, you should maintain buildings insurance, but we provide our own business insurance and liability

coverage to protect the property and its contents.

Q: How do you ensure my property is secure?

A: We implement security measures such as key safes, smart locks, and Ring doorbells where permitted. We also have strict guest policies to ensure responsible stays.

Q: What happens at the end of the contract?

A: At the end of the agreement, you can choose to:
